What self-respecting South Louisiana girl doesn't own a fryer? Me. For the simple reason that if I had one I'd use it, and that wouldn't do anyone's cholesterol levels any favors. But does that stop me from EATING fried food every single time we order out? Nope. So I figured I could at least control what kind of oil I fry in Plus, we wanted to make some authentic fish & chips for Ella. Yeah, good excuse, right? Glad to hear it was easy and turned out well.
