So, ever since I got my Sony Reader (eBook reader) I have been lurking on the MobileRead Forums. For anyone who has an interest in electronic books, that’s a good place to hang out. Anyhow, the other day someone posted a link for a free Doctor Who novel titled Who Killed Kennedy, which according to the site is a much sought after book originally published in 1996. The author of the book has agreed to allow readers to download it.
In addition to that, the BBC has several Doctor Who books available for download as well.

I have received a few awards in the past couple days that I thought warranted mention and acknowledgment. The Struggling Writer 
I have just read your experience in the local library. Ours here is similar, line of books and all, and it also has a nice children’s section with toys and a pleasant rug to sit on the floor.
Man, that lady with discipline – you described her character so well. I feel like having to incorporate this action somehow into one of my WIPs. Heee. :))

Congrats on your award, I’ve only just started visiting your site and so far I’ve enjoyed what I’ve read. How are you getting on with your ebook…personally I love the feel of a real book in my hands: cracking the spine; ear-marking the pages; dropping it in the bath….
debisands – 🙂 on the dropping it in the bath. as far as eBooks, once you get past the first few pages and into the story, you don’t really notice you are reading on an e-Reader. It does take some getting used to at first, though.

I have only seen series one of the current Dr Who. I liked it a lot though. It’s actually filmed in Cardiff (welsh city) rather than London. I used to live in Cardiff, and its really funny seeing all these places you recognise on the telly 😀

I guess I’m old-fashioned because I still prefer “real” books. I find it quite difficult to read a book on the computer screen. But, enjoy your ebook reader!
