I just hit the 30,000 word mark in my NaNoWriMo project tonight. Yay!
That leaves me with 20,000 words to write in 8 days. That is going to be difficult, but I’m going to give it a shot.
I just have to keep plugging away. It is pretty nice to be 60% done with the project.
Good night. 🙂
30,000 words – that’s brilliant! I wish I’d done that this November. I’m trying to do the mental calculations of 8 into 20,000 but my brain is too conked out tonight (NB I can barely count at the best of times). But hey, come on! 10,000 on Sunday, another 10,000 the next day! You can do it! Heh!
Keep going, Paul!!! You can do it! Just remember to eat occasionally! 😉
Brilliant, Paul – very impressive. Your dedication is very inspiring.
Thanks Diane. I’m trying to be dedicated to make up for the other 11 months when I’m not dedicated.
Ya know, it doesn’t have to all be GOOD writing!! Just get it down on paper, and you can always revise and edit later, right?! I’m sure you can make it. Just tell yourself you can and stick with the plan. You can do it!
Helen – 10,000 a day would most certainly kill me 🙂
Vanilla – eat? bah!
writinggb – I wish I had your optimism. 🙂
